Very tasty. I used low fat mayo and stevia in the dressing. I also used reduced fat cheddar cheese ... great for a carry in!

Definitely a winner! I added glazed walnuts and cranberries to mine and even the pickiest eaters loved it. I'm officially placing this in my summer recipe rotation.

I did cut this recipe in half for 2 of us & also used Hormel's Real Bacon Pieces instead of frying up bacon myself! Other than that, though, the recipe was followed right on down & the salad was wonderfully satisfying! Thanks for sharing it! [Made & reviewed in I Recommend recipe tag]
